       6))HOW MUCH PERCENTAGE IS NEEDED FOR JOBS IN             DIFFERENT COMPANIES ?? CAN I GET IN THE COMPANIES WITH DIPLOMA QUALIFICATION IN E&T STREAM ??

       Ans )) With diploma qualification you cannot apply for jobs in companies . minimum graduation is eligible qualification for apply jobs in higher companies.

  FOLLOWING ELIGIBILITY LIST CAN GIVE YOU AN IDEA ABOUT ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA FOR DIFFERENT COMPANIES.

 Minimum qualification of graduation for applying jobs in different software companies.

a)) you should be minimum 18 years old.
b)) should secure 60% through out of past acadamies. ( for some companies . different types of companies can have different percentages. You should have percentage according to the selected companies)
c)) only full time courses are applicable.
d)) you should have less than two years gap in studies .
e)) you should not have any backlogs in previous acadamies .

((NOTE:: FOR DOING JOBS IN SOFTWARE COMPANIES YOU SHOULD HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE. AS A ELECTRONIC GRADUATES YOU DON’T HAVE THE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, YOU NEED TO TAKE COURSES.))

    HOW TO PREPARE THE RESUME FOR
               THE SOFTWARE COMPANY’S

              Any company will give  an  job offer according to their experience. we have to indicate small and big thoughts of our mind in the resume and also e have to indicate the success in our previous experience.
                It  is unnecessary to enter the unwanted things in the resume like ‘I  have increased the marketing of previous company’ .
We have to indicate that in previous company I had achieved the 30% marketing,I selected for the award “Best employee of the year 2013” and also I got three award’s In my training period.
In this way we have to enter the success we got in our professional life in the Resume.
              Now-a-days there is nobody in the software company those who check our pages of pages in our resume. In first phase they take the help from the technology. For this they have separate software. the Software will filter the main words in our resume. So that we have to use the effective words according to their technology.
           If you are joining in most famous company we have to enter our email address in resume according to the proffesonilism.
                   The email address like Smartsrinu@gmail.com,coolguy@yahoo.com will create the bad impression in the interview.
We have to send the resume containing few pages of resume. For juniors one page is necessary for r and for seniors two pages is necessary for the resume.
            We want to send more effectiveness resume to the software company because according to survey the company will check only few seconds on our resume.

               In my last post I explained about the software meaning and skills to put on resume. now in this post I will continue to the last post.
::::::::::::::::::::HARD SKILLS VS SOFT SKILLS::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
                         There are two basics types of skill-sets that a job seeker can have and include on their resume, and those are either hard skills or soft skills.

             ==  HARDSKILLS are the skills or abilities that are easily quantifiable that can be learned through classroom work, apprenticeships or other forms of learning. These include things like ”operating tools, computer programming, speaking foreign languages or typing.

             == SOFTSKILLS are more subjective and harder to quantify, and are often grouped together by what we know as “people skills”. Some examples of soft skills include communication, relationship building, self-awareness and patience.

   4. WHICH SKILLS ARE MORE IMPORTANT ??
                    The debate ranges on about which of these two types of skills are more important.
On one hand, in a tough job market, job seekers with a proficiency in a specific hard skill may get hired more quickly as companies look to hire people that can deliver value with fewer resources(ex:: the need for training, etc.).
                 However, we are also seeing that many hiring managers are choosing to hire candidates wirth highly developed soft skills.
